Students graduate not only with a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour certification, but with a deeper understanding of themselves, their voice, their capacity, and the way they wish to contribute to the world around them.

You do not need to be local to participate.

This hybrid training welcomes students from around the world, with virtual sessions held in EST and immersive in-person experiences designed to deepen connection, integration, and community.

More Than a Certification

This training is designed not only to prepare students to teach yoga, but to support the development of deeper self-awareness, embodied leadership, intentional communication, and meaningful facilitation.

Through experiential learning, reflective practices, movement, philosophy, group discussion, nervous system education, and applied integration, students begin cultivating the capacity to lead from alignment between what they value, how they live, and how they relate to others.

The practice of teaching becomes a pathway for personal transformation, relational growth, and authentic contribution.
